Return Process
To return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. Please use one of the methods on our “contact us” page to contact us. If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipper as well as so that an investigation can be launched.
After contacting us, we will issue you a “Return Authorization Number”. Please, send the returns or exchanges (freight paid - we will not accept COD packages) to the following address:

Please note, all returns must be postmarked no later than the 30th day past the purchase date to qualify for a refund. Please include a copy of the invoice with the items being exchanged or returned along with your “Return Authorization Number”.
It is important to clearly note on your return shipping bill that the item is being returned for “Warranty / Repair”. Also, CatnRose Jewelry is not liable for any damage that may occur to the items being returned during shipping. We strongly recommend that you send your exchange or return insured.
Most returns or exchanges are processed within a week of our receipt of any returned items. All refunds will be credited to the card used to purchase the items for the amount of the product purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
